The pick-up location will not necessarily be your hotel. Pick-up may take place in a neighboring location. The location and time will be precised at the moment of confirmation and will be indicated on your voucher.

Important: Due to road works in the city centre of Palma, pick-up from your hotel is temporarily unavailable until further notice. If you're staying in Palma, please enter the following pick-up address when booking: "Calle Camino De La Escollera", which is located near Santa Maria Cathedral. This address is the only pick-up point from Palma (the exact meeting point in this street will be communicated to you once the reservation is confirmed)

• Availability: Monday to Friday for North and South zones; Tuesday and Thursday for the East zone, from April to October only (excluding exceptional dates)
• Duration: 9 hrs approx.
• Time: 8:45am or 10am
• Departure point: your hotel or a specified meeting point

• To take part in this activity, simply present your voucher to the service provider on the day
• Comfortable clothing and shoes recommended
• A guide who speaks English, Spanish and German will be on-hand
• The availability varies according to the zone of departure
• The total duration of the trip is approx. 6 hours for participants residing in South Mallorca
• The bus will make several stops on the way out and back in order to collect and drop off other participants residing in the same geographical zone
